Toyama Light Rail celebrating its 3rd anniversary launed and is now operating “Hana Protrum”!
A number of pictures of flowers, animals and so on painted by children all oaround the world are decorating the walls of the Portrum.
Inside the Protrum is coordinated as if it is a kid’s room, with the help of ACTUS Toyama.
The Portrum became much brighter, much more exciting and MUCH MORE POPULAR!!
This “Hana Portrum” will be operated for another 6 months.
